Aerial Cartwheel Workshop

This workshop focuses on the skills and drills need to achieve an aerial cartwheel with correct technique. Whether you are wanting to work towards achieving this move or already have it and want to strengthen and progress, this workshop is for you. 

This workshop is open to new and existing JA students - MUST HAVE A STRONG FAST/POP CARTWHEEL WITH STRAIGHT LEGS to attend.

LOCATION: Just Acrobatics - 7 Bearing Avenue, Warana 
PREREQUISITE: Must be able to demonstrate a strong fast cartwheel and pop cartwheel, with straight legs
WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear tight-fitting clothing such as tights/bike shorts, leotard or singlet. No shoes are required for this class. 
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a filled water bottle.
